Puppy Guarantee & Sales Contract

I, the seller, believe this puppy to be in good health; but for this guarantee to be binding, buyer is required to take the puppy to a licensed veterinarian of their choice by ___________, for an examination, including a check of their stool for parasites.

This guarantee is for the health of the puppy for the first 48 hours only that it is in the buyer's care. Seller is not responsible for any medical fees or any other charges in connection with this puppy.

If the veterinarian, at the time, finds the puppy to be of unsatisfactory health, buyer must notify seller and return the puppy, with this contract and a letter from the veterinarian, stating the nature of the illness. Every reasonable care has been taken by the seller to insure that this puppy is healthy at the time of purchase. It has been de-wormed and vaccinated according to its age and weight.

If you qualify, replacement of a puppy of equal value, will be made as soon as one is available.

If you choose a puppy of greater value, as a replacement, you will be expected to pay the difference in price.

There is NO CASH REFUND.

This guarantee is not valid in case of accidental death or injury.

Puppies, like children, are susceptible to illness such as pneumonia and other infections caused by exposure to adverse conditions or stress, neither of which I can control when the puppy is not in my care. Therefore, coccidia and worms are not valid reasons for return.

No guarantee is made that you will be able to show or breed this puppy.

The estimated adult size is based on its bloodline, age and size of puppy, at the time of sale. No guarantee is made as to size, color, or characteristics of the puppy.
